  • Jordan is the former CEO of M1 Concourse, a motorsports entertainment destination and home to the world’s largest collection of private automotive garages. Jordan was named by DBusiness Magazine as one of the most influential business leaders of 2019 and 2020. Jordan is also a former consultant with Blue Ridge Partners, a firm specializing in driving growth for private equity portfolio companies. Jordan earned an MBA from Michigan's Ross School of Business and holds an engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

    Jordan lives in Denver, Colorado and is an avid runner and hiker, often seeking new mountains to hike and explore. He is also involved in the philanthropic community, having worked for a decade in the nonprofit sector. As a former teacher in underserved communities, Jordan is passionate about education and serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.

    Paul is the former President and current Chairman of Uniprop, a private equity and asset management firm. Paul has directly managed a wide range of investments across a diverse set of industries, including a significant real estate portfolio as well as a variety of niche businesses. Paul is an enthusiast of classic automobiles and actively enjoys hunting and traveling.

  • ROGER ZLOTOFF

    Roger is the President of Uniprop and has extensive experience managing both investment and operational activities for the firm. Roger oversees Uniprop’s full portfolio and is closely involved in all stages of business investments ranging from due diligence, deal structuring, asset management, and exit strategy. Roger is frequently found on the tennis court and is a longtime fan of the New York Giants and Mets.
